En del av min nya protes är på flykt någonstans i Sverige. Ingen vet var, men den har i alla fall inte blivit levererad. Fel i administrationen.
Mina pengar har, tillfälligt, fryst inne. För lite, och delvis felaktig, information hamnade hos en beslutsfattare på Försäkringskassan som tyckte att det var bättre att avslå än att skaffa sig korrekta uppgifter. Fel i administrationen.
Sverige ska se ut att vara ett rättvist samhälle. Sverige har till och med lagar som värnar om jämställdhet och skäligt stöd till rimlig livskvalitet. Ingen av dessa lagar kan jag luta mig emot när makt-instutitioner såsom Posten och Försäkringskassan strular. De kan nästan göra som de vill och vi samhällsmedborgare är tvugna att acceptera det. Vi förväntas pausa våra liv under tiden som Posten hittar alla paket på vift. Vi får hoppa över att semestra med våra barn eftersom Försäkringskassan förbehåller sig rätten att handlägga ditt ärende i minst fyra veckor såvida inte undantagen träder i kraft och du behöver räkna med ett par månaders handläggningstid istället. Men resten av samhället är inte intresserade av att räkningar inte kan betalas i tid.
Jag efterlyser en lag som stödjer den enskilde individen. Jag längtar efter ett rättvist samhälle i verkligheten, inte bara i paragrafer som ändå bara stryper det mänskliga förnuftet med en massa undantag. Jag begär en samhällsfunktion som ser till att jag aldrig mer behöver sitta instängd i veckor med en trasig protes eller som ser till att en utbildad läkares medicinska bedömning står över anonyma Annas på Försäkringskassan.
Sverige, ge mig lite rättvisa tack!
A part from my new prosthesis is on the run somewhere in Sweden. No one knows where, but it has not been delivered. Errors in the administration.
Money I should have received from the Insurance Company has been temporarily frozen and I have no access to them. Too little, and partially incorrect information found its way to a decision maker at the National Health Insurance Company who thought it was better to reject my application than to obtain accurate data. Sweden will look to be a just society. Sweden even have laws to protect gender equality and reasonable support to peoples quality of life. None of these laws can I lean against when power institutions such as the Post Office and the Insurance Company causes trouble. They can almost do what they want and we citizens are forced to accept it. We are expected to pause our lives while the Post Office will be looking for all the parcels they've lost. We'll skip the holidays with our children because the Social Insurance Agency reserves the right to deal with your case in minimum four weeks unless there is an exception that will give them the right to process your case for another two months. But the rest of the society is not interested in bills not being paid on time.
I demand a law that supports the individual. I long for a just society, in reality, not only by law where the exceptions will strangle the common sense anyway. I require a social function that ensures I never have to be trapped in my own home with a broken prostheses or a social function that makes sure of that a trained physician's medical assessment stands above Anne at the Insurance Company's opinion.
Sweden, give me some justice, please!
